“I have read quite a few books that fall in this genre and I am always keen to see what an author who is new to me can bring.  I will admit that I was intrigued by the blurb for this one.

I enjoyed the interaction between the characters and the writing style suited the story.

The plot for the book was quite steady and whilst it was a good story, I did feel it was lacking in places. 3.5 stars from me for this one, rounded up to 4 stars for Goodreads and Amazon”
