Having been made redundant as a photocopier software designer, Sam Simpson is lured by a cryptic advert. As he learns it is for a trainee hitman, will he be tough enough to see the job through?
Even James Bond had to start somewhere and Sam, as his alias Josh Bradley, looks forward to enjoying James’ lifestyle, although soon embroiled in a love triangle, Sam hadn’t expected things to get so complicated so quickly.
MY REVIEW
This is a really enjoyable story!
I have read a few books by this author know and found them to be really enjoyable so when the opportunity came up to review this one I grabbed it with both hands.
I enjoyed the plot and thought that the story was well paced. I thought that the characters were well developed and I enjoyed their interaction too. The author really brings her stories to life and she set the scene for this one right at the outset.
It is four stars from me for this one, I really enjoyed it and can’t wait to see what she releases next, she hasn’t disappointed me so far!!

Thank you so much, Donna, for such a glowing review. I’m delighted and relieved as it’s Hitman Sam’s first tour. (To answer your sort-of question: my latest is ‘for the young in all of us’ dog detective Oh, Henry then soon out is my ‘hit and not run’ novel One for the Road, both full-length novels. :))
Thank you again, and to Sarah for organising.
