Ouija is Book 2 in a new series brought to you by Question Mark Horror. For fans of Point Horror, Christopher Pike & Nicholas Pine.
I used to love the Point Horror books when I was in my teens so to see that a new series with that style of books was coming out was so exciting!
I pre-ordered the first two books in the series and waited patiently for them to land on my Kindle! I started reading this one the day it landed and had it devoured before I went to bed that night.
It was well written and perfectly aimed at the target age and it brought back a lot of memories of me eagerly waiting to get the next book in the series all those years ago. The characterisation was great and they were really brought to life as the story progress and I liked the mix of different personalities.
I thought that the plot was clearly well thought and the book was well researched and planned. It had a great flow to it and it really did have my clicking the pages though on my Kindle. I guessed a couple of parts of the plot but it didn’t detract at all from my enjoyment, and it was far from predictable!
It is 5 stars from me for this one, I am so glad I enjoyed it as much as I did as I had been waiting to get my hands on a copy since I saw the cover and read the blurb! Very highly recommended!
